Rama and sita

 Hi this week we have Been learning about Rama and sita and we have made a movie about Rama and sita and it was very fun and I enjoy it a lot  and now I'm going to show you our script Once upon a time there was a king named Dasharatha. 

He had three beautiful wifes. They all gave birth to sons.But Rama was the most brave and wiset. So the king decided to make Rama the king.When Rama and sita was in The jungle the demon king kidnapped sita.  So Rama went to rescue her.  The end.and this is the movie

What I did in my holidays

Hi this week we are writing about what we did in the school holidays and I hope you enjoy it !!!!!!!

 

In my holidays my brother made pancakes,  but soon  my brother realised he used baking soda instead of baking powder even though that was the wrong ingredient. He said he enjoyed it but he lied he didn't enjoy it.

On Monday evening me and my family ordered pizza . The pizza arrived hot and big. It was so yummy we ate it all. Me and my brother did a challenge  who was better at playing the game me or him. I won and now I'm going to tell you how I won. Also I am going to tell you the name the games.

First, plants vs zombies 3  and  I defeated him  by using wild flower even though he is using captain dead beard.  First he used his parent Pirate and  it's Ability But he couldn't see me so I sneak and attacked him. I dandelion go and It's a ability. It did tons of damages. Then, I attacked Captain dead beard with my Wildflower basic attack. I really enjoyed playing with my brother and win the challange.

last week and this week we having been learning about time. Yesterday we were trying to solve a maths problem of how much minutes See-me has in playtime in one week.

The problem is

Lunch is  50 min long every day and we have 10 min of eating time.

Lunch time activities are 30 min long.

If See-Me does enviro every Monday, How many hours does he spend playing each week?

10+40=50

50+40=90

40+=90=130

40+130=170 mins

40 x 4=160 

160+10=170 mins

40+40+40+40=160

160+10=170 mins

170-60 =110

110- 60= 50

2 hours and 50 mins

See-me has 2 hours and 50 mins in  Playtime in one week

This week we have been learning about the Rongoa Maori.Maori medicine is made from native trees found only in the native forest of New Zealand.
we learned that before you enter the native forest you need to say the Karakia. 
The most interesting thing that some of these plants we found in our school and I didn't know about them!!




 Kawakawa can be used for toothaches.

 

This tree grows about 20 metres tall. It has bright red berries.


Koromiko is in bushes and it is a Small sweet to a attract to butterflies and Bees.







Harakeke can be used 
for it's flaxs.
